How the prototype trial works

The first three episodes of every show are open. From episode four, the player asks for the trial. The checkout accepts a fake UPI ID or a fake card, waits a moment, and marks this browser as subscribed.

No payment detail is saved. Ending the trial from the offer page locks those episodes again. Sign-in uses a Google account.

The shows, cast, and view counts are sample data in the app, ready to be replaced by an API without redrawing the screens.
